Conference Goals:
- To provide collaborative leadership opportunities to help participants become fully prepared and knowledgeable about the profession and the profession’s exemplary model qualities;
- To strengthen professional connectedness and collaboration among faculty, academic, and classified staff to promote growth and excellence in higher education;
- To champion social justice and multiculturalism throughout the Student Personnel Association and profession to promote and advance civility, appreciation of diversity, and cultural competency;
- To provide professionals with successful student learning models grounded in student development and best practices.
